Use this form to submit information about your release of common pheasants or red-legged partridges within a special area of conservation (SAC), or within its 500m buffer zone, in line with the conditions of GL43.
If the release site was also a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) you will need to give details in this form of the relevant SSSI consent that you gained.
