Use this form to confirm your Marine Recovery Fund (MRF) Marine Protected Area designation and/or extension strategic compensatory measure (SCM) requirements to Defra following granting of consent for your development.
The consent in question must be the consent that contains the relevant compensation conditions. This may be a Development Consent Order (DCO), a marine licence (ML) related to a DCO or Section 36 consent, or a standalone ML.
If you are applying for the reservation of an SCM post-consent, you must also complete and submit Part A - Apply to the Marine Recovery Fund (MRF) for the reservation of Marine Protected Area designation and/or extension - Expression of Interest Part A (opens in new tab).
