Express an interest in bat earned recognition accreditation

Use this form to check if you're eligible to apply for bat earned recognition accreditation.

To be eligible you will need:

  • a level 2 (or higher) Natural England bat class survey licence
  • to be a member of an approved professional body

You will need to provide examples of your work, including at least 1 licensed bat mitigation project where you were the named ecologist.

This is not an application for accreditation

If you are eligible, Natural England will send you guidance on how to apply for accreditation. Use this guidance to decide if you want to apply. The guidance will include a link to the application form.
