Before you start

This report of action form should be completed by the registered volunteer bat roost visitor.

Before you begin to complete this form you should know:

  • your licence details
  • the names of any volunteers you have trained and whether they completed the training in the current reporting period (if you have a CL16 licence)
  • whether all your volunteer bat roost visitor reports for the current reporting period have been submitted to the Bat Conservation Trust
