You can request a confirmation email to confirm that the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) has received your application.
The confirmation email will not:
- contain a copy of the answers you provide
- generate a physical copy of your submission
If you need a copy of your answers for your records, you should apply using the IRA75 form (opens in new tab).
A future enhancement to this service will enable you to receive an email confirmation with a copy of the answers you provide.
