Making a subject access request (SAR)

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access personal information that Natural England holds about you. This is known as the right of access and is exercised by making a subject access request (SAR).

This form collects the information we need to identify you, understand the information you are requesting and process your request as quickly and accurately as possible.

In addition to the right of access, UK data protection law gives individuals a number of other rights in relation to their personal information. To exercise any of these rights, you can make a data protection rights request to Natural England.
